What can I say, we love to experiment with different styles and instruments. In one of our recent sessions, bassist Dave Beck brought along his setar for a laugh. As he started playing I figured this would be a great opportunity to get off the guitar for a while and played along on a couple of keyboards. Drummer Valentine Zimnitsky started playing his darbuka, and off we went. That recording came out so well that we decided to try it again in our next session, this time with some lyrics that I had written up. About two-thirds through the song, Dave shifted back to bass. Eventually I followed with guitar and Valentine let it go with his drums. It was such a fun session that we decided to share it with the world. Hope you enjoy it!
